This article was written a few years ago after the publication of the first volume of the Persian Encyclopedia, and due to some reservations, it was not published at that time. I am very sorry that today, as these critical notes are being published, the esteemed scholar Dr. Gholam Hossein Mosaheb, who suffered greatly in the preparation of the Persian Encyclopedia, is no longer with us. I am also sorry that I have not yet had the opportunity to read the second volume of this work, which was published last year
