One of the most important issues in the world today is the crisis of environmental pollution and destruction, which has occupied thinkers in various branches of knowledge. In recent decades, due to the attention of linguists such as Halliday, Mollah, Sherhare, and Brugmeyer to environmental issues and problems, a new branch of linguistics called environmental linguistics has emerged and efforts have been made to show the role of language in the environmental crisis. In environmental linguistics, based on the relationship between thought and language, language has been found to have an effective role in the environment. In fact, the way language is used can have a constructive or destructive role in the environment. Halliday (1990) points out in this regard that although linguists alone are not able to solve the environmental crisis, they cannot remain indifferent to it. He introduces language planning as one of the ways to solve this crisis and believes that by creating new signs, words and linguistic structures, as well as giving new meanings to elements of language, sensitivity towards the environment can be intensified and contribute to solving environmental problems. In this way, the views of poets, writers and speakers towards nature and the universe can be channeled in healthy and He guided the correctness. To achieve this goal, changes are needed in the grammatical structure of the language. For example, changing sentences indicating environmental destruction and pollution from the form The unknown is known in order to make the language community aware that the cause of destruction such as cutting down trees and forest fires is man himself, by referring to elements of nature such as trees, rivers, and seas as living entities, in order to change the perception of man from elements of the environment that are considered inanimate and in the service and obedience of man; in other words, in order to negate the idea that man is the unquestionable center of the universe and has the right to any occupation, even destructive occupation, in it. Accordingly, it is necessary to reconsider the use of language with this perception. By eliminating or modifying linguistic expressions and structures that are incompatible with the environment, the relationship between language and worldview is removed from the human-centered state and language acquires an environmentally oriented quality. In linguistics Environmentalism: Efforts to use environmentally related words and changes in healthy meanings and contexts are also considered a solution to confront its crisis, and it demands that these words and expressions express external reality and connect the speaker with nature and Reconcile the environment. Examples of this linguistic movement to solve environmental problems can be found in the use of the "metaphor of the green" which sensitizes the mind of the speaker to the environment and its preservation, and in this way serves the environment.
